FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions:

Please feel free to reach out to us if you don't see your question here on this list!

Q: What embroidery machine do you use?

A: I currently use a Husqvarna Viking Designer Ruby 90 single head machine as well as a Viking Designer Topaz 40 single head machine. Hoping to purchase a multi head machine soon!

Q: Do you offer discreet shipping?

A: Yes, all packages will be shipped in a plain colorful poly mailer with a shipping label on the front. International packages may have the contents displayed on the customs forms, but it will always be vague such as "sticker" or "shirt". Stickers and patches are packaged against a postcard size backing card in a plastic sleeve. Apparel and beanies will come wrapped in either plastic or tissue paper.

Q: How do I care for my apparel?

A: All embroidered items should be washed in cold water and line dried to preserve stitching quality. The embroidery should be spot cleaned with a non bleach cleaner and wiped down. Beanies should not be dried with heat, lay on a flat waterproof surface to dry.

Q: What are your processing times?

A: Most items will ship within 5 business days of purchase. If you need something shipped out sooner, leave a note in check out or send us an email and we will try to work with you as best as possible. Local pickup is available if you live in Los Angeles but please email/message us about setting that up first before purchase.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes we do. Send us an email at kowaidrip@gmail.com for wholesale inquiries with your shop info. We DO NOT offer personal resale quantities at this time. Please do not sell our products with out our permission.

Q: Do you do customs?

A: I do not offer custom alterations to existing designs on the site. This includes swapping out beanie colors on the designs, using item or thread colors not shown on the site, and embroidering on customer owned items. However, if you message me on our Instagram @kowaidrip with a specific design, I will use my best judgment and attempt to fufill your request with no guarantee of acceptance. Doesn't hurt to ask!
